Update Pipeline Task

修改已存在的集成管道任务配置（调度 / 通道 / 组件 / 基本信息），采用「先查后改、全量回写」模式。 触发场景：修改管道任务调度周期 / cron / 重跑策略 / 优先级 / 上游依赖 / 资源组；修改并发数、脏数据上限、超时；修改 reader-writer 字段映射 / 过滤条件 / 分区表达式；修改后重新提交。 触发词：修改管道任务、更新管道、修改调度配置、改 cron、修改同步任务、update-pipeline、修改并发、修改脏数据、修改字段映射、重新提交管道。 关键限制：update-pipeline 是全量覆盖而非增量 patch——node-info / pipeline-config / schedule-config 均必填，必须先 get-pipeline-by-id 回读再改；19 位大整数 ID 字符串传参。
