Use after implementing or modifying code, when invoked as `$code-simplifier`, and whenever the user asks to simplify, clean up, slim down, de-bloat, reduce, remove dead code, cut over-engineering, or prune, trim or delete low-value, redundant or unnecessary tests, even if they only say a diff or PR is too big, has too much code, or has too many tests.
