当用户要求"提交代码"、"commit"、"推送代码"、"push"、"提交并推送"、"提交变更"、"推送到远程"、"帮我提交一下"、"把代码推上去"时，应使用此技能。此技能提供规范化的 git 提交与推送工作流，自动分析变更内容、生成符合规范的提交信息并执行相应操作。默认不附加 Co-authored-by；仅当用户显式传入 --enable-co-authored-by 时才写入签名。
