The skill

Extracts activity information from WeChat article feeds, lets the model judge whether each article is truly an activity by reading the article semantics, writes raw/activity/structured JSON files, renders reviewable Markdown plus push-ready text, and sends updates to WeCom internal groups via webhook robots. Use this skill whenever the user mentions 公众号 feeds, 活动提取, 活动报名信息, 企业微信群推送, webhook 推送, feed-to-activity workflows, or wants a repeatable bash/curl pipeline that reads feeds.md and emits raw.json / activity.json / activity-structured.json / activity-structured.md / activity-push.txt.
