Lock a booked Epiphan demo so it actually holds. Use the moment a rep says 'demo booked', 'confirm this demo', 'hand this to Phil', 'hand this to Lex', 'set up the demo', or 'lock in the demo'. Builds the AE handoff for the right AE (existing deal owner, else balanced across Phil and Lex) via ae_handoff, drafts a confirmation email to the prospect with the agreed time and what to expect, creates the calendar event inviting the AE and the prospect (suggest_time and list_events to find the slot, create_event to book on the rep's calendar), and drafts a day-before reminder. Goal: raise demo-held rate by cutting no-shows. Specs verified live via Epiphan AI, never from memory; brand voice checked on the email. Writes are scoped to Gmail drafts and the calendar event, never auto-sent; read-only against Nooks and HubSpot otherwise. Interchangeable across the SDR team (Tim, Edgar, Vasil, Nyasha).
