Skill Store 33

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Afterparty, Inc., doing business as Skill Store 33 ("Skill Store 33," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use our website at ss33.ai, the Skill Store MCP server at mcp.ss33.ai, our APIs, tools, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Skill Store 33 is a directory of agent skills: written procedures that AI agents can search for and load to carry out tasks. Most skills are written by third parties. This Privacy Policy covers the information we handle about you. It does not cover what a third-party skill, an AI agent, or an AI provider you use does with your information (see section 13).

1. What Is Personal Information

"Personal Information" means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, device identifiers, account credentials, payment information, employment information, and any other data that can be used to identify you.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration details such as your name, email address, and password;

• Profile information you choose to add to your account;

• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and inquiries;

• Content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services;

• Early-access sign-ups: the email address or X (Twitter) handle you give us, and the page you signed up on;

• API keys: if you create keys to connect an AI agent to the Services, the label you give each key. We store only a one-way fingerprint of the key itself and its last four characters;

• Searches and requests from you or your AI agent: the search text and other request content sent to the Store, the MCP server or the API (for example, a description of the task an agent is working on), and any feedback sent about whether a skill worked, including free-text notes;

• "My setup" preferences: the AI vendors, models and agent tools you tell us you use, and any short text you type, linked to a random identifier rather than your name.

Please do not put personal, confidential or sensitive information in searches or requests. Your agent decides what it sends us, and we cannot tell whether a request contains personal information.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information, including device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers;

• Log data such as IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, and actions taken on the Services;

• Usage data including features used, interactions with the Services, and session duration;

• Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies that collect information about your browsing activity.

On the Store, usage data includes the pages you view, searches you run, skills you open, download, view the source of or add to a bundle, links you follow to other websites (we record the other site's name only), how long a page was visible and how far you scrolled, and which version of a page you saw when we test two versions. We also record the utm_* campaign tags on the link that brought you, the name of the referring website (not its full address), your language setting and your country.

For usage data, we convert your IP address and browser identification string into a visitor code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address. We store only that code and delete the raw server log within about two days. We keep IP addresses longer in three places: early-access sign-ups, MCP and API request records (where they are also used to apply rate limits), and the last IP address each API key was used from (see section 5).

When you are signed in, we link your usage data to your account ID. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we do this only after you accept analytics cookies.

Emails we send may contain a small image that tells us a message from a campaign was opened. It does not identify you individually, but loading it sends your IP address and email app details to our server, which keeps them for about two days.

When an AI agent connects to the MCP server or API, we also record the name and version of the AI client software and the API key used, if any.

Information from Third Parties

• Information from authentication providers if you sign in using a third-party service;

• Information from business partners, data providers, and publicly available sources;

• Information from analytics partners: Google Analytics reports on how visitors use the Store.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the Services: To operate, maintain, and enhance the functionality and performance of our Services;

• Search and recommendations: To answer searches from you and your AI agents, and to rank skills using aggregated usage and agent feedback;

• Account management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and manage your API keys;

• Communication: To send you service-related notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages;

• Marketing: To send promotional communications about our products and services, subject to your opt-out preferences;

• Analytics and research: To understand how users interact with our Services and to conduct research and development;

• Testing: To compare different versions of pages;

• Security and fraud prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraudulent activity, and violations of our Terms of Service;

• Rate limiting: To apply usage limits to the MCP server and API;

• Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests;

• AI model training: To improve and develop our AI models and data products, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible. This includes the content of searches and requests that you and your AI agents send to the Services.

Where EU, EEA, UK or Swiss law applies, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (providing the Services and your account); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving and measuring the Services; your consent (experiment cookies, Google Analytics in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, linking usage data to your account, counting email opens and marketing email); and legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests (section 7). We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: With third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and email delivery;

• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction;

• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others;

• With your consent: When you have given us explicit consent to share your information for a specific purpose;

• Affiliates: With our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent.

The service providers that currently receive personal information from the Store are:

• Amazon Web Services, which hosts our servers and databases in the United States;

• OpenAI, which converts search text into numeric form so we can find matching skills. The search text sent by you or your AI agent is passed to OpenAI for this purpose;

• Google, which provides Google Analytics. When it runs (see section 8), your browser sends Google the pages you view, including any search text in the page address, how you arrived and how you use the pages, with your IP address, device and browser details and a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google gives us reports on how the Store is used. We do not send Google your name, email address or account ID, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Aggregate statistics, such as how often agents choose a skill, are shown on skill pages and do not identify you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the context of the processing and our obligations. When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

For the Store, these are our standard periods:

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. This includes your API keys and any activity your AI agents carry out with them.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

• Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;

• Opt-out of marketing: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@readyai.ai. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.

• Opt-out preference signals: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining experiment cookies, Google Analytics, linking usage data to your account and counting email opens;

• Verification and agents: We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Where the law allows, you may use an authorized agent;

• Appeals: If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision;

• Complaints: If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority;

• No discrimination: We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity and to improve your experience on our Services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted). 9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at support@readyai.ai.

10. International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the use of standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. The Store's servers are in the United States. Google processes Google Analytics data in the United States and other countries.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
