Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Afterparty, Inc., doing business as Skill Store 33 ("we", "us"), and govern your use of Skill Store 33, including the website at ss33.ai (the "Store"), the Skill Store MCP server at mcp.ss33.ai, the Store's public API, and any skills, data and content made available through them (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, or by allowing an AI agent or other software to use them on your behalf, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you agree to them for that organisation and confirm you have authority to do so; "you" then means that organisation.
Our Privacy Policy, at ss33.ai/skills/privacy, explains how we handle personal information.
1. What Skill Store 33 is
Skill Store 33 is a searchable directory of agent skills: written procedures (such as SKILL.md files) that AI agents can find and load to carry out tasks. Most skills are written and published by third parties ("Third-Party Skills"). We collect, organise, describe, rank and make them searchable; we do not write most of them, and we do not run them for you.
The Services are in early access. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and the Services may be unavailable from time to time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including sanctions and export control laws.
Some features, such as API keys with higher limits, require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password and API keys secret, and tell us promptly at support@readyai.ai if you think they have been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys, including activity by AI agents you configure to use them.
3. Using the MCP server and API
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the MCP server and API to search for and retrieve skills for use by you and your AI agents, subject to these Terms.
• Limits: We apply rate limits and other usage limits, which differ for anonymous and signed-in use and which we may change. Do not try to get around them, for example by rotating IP addresses or creating multiple accounts.
• Keys: API keys are for you or your organisation. Do not share, sell or publish them. We may revoke keys that are misused or exposed.
• What your agent sends: Your agent's requests, including search text and feedback, are recorded and used as described in the Privacy Policy, including to improve and train AI models. Do not send personal, confidential or sensitive information in requests.
• Feedback from agents: If you or your agent report whether a skill worked, you allow us to use that report, including in aggregated form, to rank skills and to show statistics in the Services.
4. Third-Party Skills
Ownership and licences. Third-Party Skills belong to their authors and are made available under the authors' own licences. Where we know a skill's licence, we show it on the skill's page. Your use of a Third-Party Skill is governed by its licence, not by these Terms, and you are responsible for complying with it. Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in a Third-Party Skill beyond what its licence grants.
No endorsement or verification. We do not write, test, audit or endorse Third-Party Skills, and including a skill in the Store, ranking it or describing it does not mean we have checked that it is safe, accurate, lawful or fit for any purpose. Skill descriptions, categories, rankings and summaries may be generated automatically and may be wrong.
You decide what runs. A skill is a set of instructions that your AI agent may follow, including instructions to run code, change files, access accounts or send data elsewhere. You are responsible for reviewing a skill before you or your agent use it, for the permissions you give your agent, and for the results. Do not use a skill in a production environment, or with sensitive data or systems, without reviewing it first.
AI output varies. The same skill used with the same input may produce different results on different occasions, with different agents or with different AI models. We are not responsible for what your AI agent or AI provider does.
5. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow any AI agent or other person to:
• use the Services in breach of any law or third-party right;
• upload, inject or try to place malicious code or instructions into the Services, or use the Services to distribute malware or prompt-injection attacks;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures, except under a written agreement with us;
• interfere with or overload the Services, including by exceeding rate limits or sending automated traffic designed to degrade them;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Store or its data by any means other than the MCP server and API within their limits, or use the Services to build a competing directory or dataset;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with anyone, including through the client name your agent reports;
• use the Services to infringe the intellectual property or licences of skill authors;
• use the Services to send spam, collect information about other users, or harass anyone.
6. Our content and intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, the Skill Store 33 name and logos, and the content we create (such as category structure, rankings, statistics, descriptions, summaries and blog posts, but not Third-Party Skills), belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.
7. Copyright and takedown requests
We respect the rights of skill authors and other rights holders. If you believe a skill or other material in the Services infringes your copyright, or is listed in breach of its licence, send a notice to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Afterparty, Inc., [postal address], support@readyai.ai.
A copyright notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you want removed and where it is in the Services (for example, its URL); your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Skill authors who want their skill removed from the Store, or its listing corrected, may also contact support@readyai.ai without sending a formal notice.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to close your account at support@readyai.ai. We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Services, revoke API keys or remove content, at any time, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, to protect the Services or other users, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Services. Where reasonable, we will tell you beforehand. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue after termination.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL SKILLS, DATA AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY SKILL, SEARCH RESULT, RANKING OR DESCRIPTION IS ACCURATE, SAFE, LAWFUL OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY THIRD-PARTY SKILL OR BY ANY ACTION TAKEN BY AN AI AGENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limits, so they apply to you only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.
11. Indemnity
If you use the Services for a business, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees), arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your or your AI agents' use of any Third-Party Skill.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [County, State], and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. General
• Changes: We may change these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, give account holders notice by email or in the Store before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the changes.
• Paid features: The Services are currently free. If we introduce paid features, additional terms will apply to them and will be presented to you before you buy.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
• Assignment: You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Severability and waiver: If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• Contact: Afterparty, Inc. (d/b/a Skill Store 33), support@readyai.ai.
