Billions Network publishes skills that let AI agents work with decentralized identity and payments. Its identity skills create and verify DIDs on Ethereum keys, sign and check authentication challenges, and link agents to human owners through the ERC-8004 and attestation registries based on the iden3 protocol. Its x402 skill handles HTTP 402 payment challenges, so an agent can see the payment options, sign a choice, and retrieve the paid resource.
