David Cramer's skills center on task management for AI agents, helping them break down complex work into tracked implementation items and keep context across sessions through the dex CLI. His Dex Plan skill extends this by turning markdown planning documents such as specs, design docs, and roadmaps into dex tasks. The pairing stands out for treating planning artifacts as a direct source of agent work.
