utooland is the author of utoo, a package manager skill that lets an AI agent install npm packages, generate dependency trees, and run frontend project commands in projects that contain a package.json file. The skill is designed to replace direct pnpm, yarn, and npm invocations, so the agent routes all Node.js package and script work through it. Their published skill is focused on JavaScript and frontend build tooling rather than general-purpose automation.
